Engage with your online customers

Video content is vital to engage with online customers. Video is a great channel to explain unique tech and design features that aren’t necessarily common knowledge or visible. Design features are often the tipping point for a customer to click the ‘Buy Now’ button, lifting your product above the competition. The challenge for our in-house team is to make the content both engaging and informative.

Our video department, Motion, strategically plan every animation to keep videos short and educational whilst informing the customer of all the benefits in one place. This eliminates the need for further information searching, retaining the viewer’s attention and more importantly their purchasing decision.

A recent project has seen us complete a range of such CGI animations that does just that for Hisense, simply explaining their high-tech fridges and TV’s in a way the customer can relate to. These CG videos show that not all fridges are made equal - therefore giving the customer a more informed choice and confidence in the brand and product.

The driving force behind CGI animation

Set Visions Motion department creates video content that sells. Our creative team of art directors, videographers and CGI animators work together across multiple disciplines to produce informative and instructional videos suitable for web, instore and social media.

This latest animation had to answer two specific briefs. The first was to work with and without sound to be an informative selling tool to be shown in store to trade and public. The second use is social media, illustrating brand style with instructional use. Our project manager worked closely with the client to present the story board, gain product knowledge and coordinate Set Vision’s in-house team.

Our Motion graphic designs are crucial to momentum and timing of this informative video - key straplines are strategically timed illustrating primary benefits of the product. The animated CGI video was designed to be easily adapted. By updating the product and key strap lines to fit similar items in the product line we have created a cost-effective solution for our client.

Engineered marketing content

Strong visual content is key to a successful marketing campaign. Whilst working with an international engineering company our art directors were challenged to take a piece of highly engineered product and visually illustrate the beauty of the product design.

As a visual content agency, our in house team took a multi discipline approach. The conceptual studio photography and the CGI animation tied in with the client’s brand identity. The brief was very open which our Art Directors relished! The combined result has given the company both video and image content for in house publications, branding material through to website and social media content.
