The final
trend: Earth Tones - inspired by rustic, earthy textures and rich colour tones
which have emerged in organic jewellery and homeware design. Derived from raw materials such as pottery,
with colour tones from the hot
desert and Moroccan spices.

Manifested in a modern room, mixing
coppers and wood textures to complement the decorative painted wall. Our
photographic stylist used an earthy colour palette to represent hills and
natural rock. This is a great way to mix three contrasting colours in a fresh,
modern way to bring any dining room up to date with a unique feature wall and
accompanying tonal walls.
This project is a great example of our services at
Set Visions - from trend consultations through design services, and set design
worthy of any new look book or editorial with accompanying creative copy, to
the beautiful interior shot.

Set Visions are proud to announce the launch of our new cut out studio “Razor” Razor is focusing on our e-commerce photography customers where speed and costs are fundamental to the service. That’s why Razor has some great price offers on quantities and image packages, it’s no longer good enough to present one image of a product on-line the customer demands to see front, back, sides and close ups of product features…That’s why we’ve added package deals to our pricing giving a great cost effective way of photographing products.
Buying on-line is fast becoming the customer preference, any growing retailer must embrace e-commerce with the right informative product photography, the competition is tough so giving the customer the right visual information that reflects the product’s price point and features are essential. That’s what we’re here to provide, customer confidence to make that purchase!
With cut out images starting from as little as £10 including clipping path you can’t afford not to check out our new Razor website here or better still have a chat with Charlotte and see what we can do to help.

Based around the Colour Block trend emerging across fashion and interior design worlds, graphic colour patterns liven up interiors with hints of the 60s and 70s. From music, to fashion, to interiors, there is a vivid collaboration of Retro with a thoroughly modern twist. The room set shouts ‘Modern-Meets-Retro’ with a bold, colour block feel for a fun, fresh room. Bold, angular shapes create a living room set with the sharp colours and props you’d expect in a functional, mid-century inspired room set design. It was key to use a combination of the retro sideboard furniture piece with a modern sofa make over, mixed with a new classic graphic rug.
The paint style was a feature wall with a mural of geometric shapes and lines. Our decorator masked off sections and selected four colours from the new retro range. No need for paintings or pictures with feature wall like this.
Set design by our in house photographic stylist Nina. Constructed in our photographic studio along with a variety of other lifestyle interior sets.

We challenged Rob, our football mad photographer, to produce
a Euro 2016 inspired image showcasing his creative talents. He used a combination of macrophotography,
still life photography and table top photography to cleverly illustrate our
company sweepstake.
Assisted by retoucher Ben, he seamlessly integrated staff
member heads on their corresponding teams to produce a disturbing insight into
how we’d look like as Subbuteo figures!

We were recently contacted by the PR company for a small family run business that creates beautiful bespoke handmade furniture. The business owners had been initially reluctant to invest in photography. By combining our years of experience, with some of our constantly refreshed static roomsets, the client was amazed at how cost effectively we were able to pull together the kind of shots usually only available to larger businesses who have the budgets for lengthy shoots and bespoke sets.
Over two days we were able to maximise the client's budget - utilising one pre-existing set for several room and prop changes - allowing the client to bring in many of their portfolio of furniture - producing a myriad of main shots and close ups.
Impressed by the massive increase in quality from their own photography - our client was left wondering why they had left it so long to work with a professional photography studio.

This week our Chairman Graham has been strutting his funky stuff in aid of Huddersfield Town Foundation Charity who raise money to supply children in and around Huddersfield with free school breakfasts.
The event raised over £10k! Graham swears it was down to his appearance but we're not convinced.
