The fireworks may have ended and the decorations packed away, but Ride Shotgun is still celebrating their first birthday this January. It’s been a wild ride so far, from landing new and exciting clients, to winning our first awards, to welcoming Set Visions CGI studio into the Ride Shotgun team.

The big news this season is that we recently became part of the Ride Shotgun group, a brand activation, creative, strategic and production agency with offices in Leeds, Sheffield, London and Portugal.
Alongside an expanded tech dev team and with the complementary strengths of Ride Shotgun this means we can now jointly deliver bigger and better projects and offer a full end-to-end brand journey for customers.
We’re really looking forward to the wide range of exciting new projects this will mean and to working with our new Ride Shotgun colleagues.
A FOUND FESTIVE FAREWELL
On a sad note, our Chairman Graham Nelson has retired and will be much missed by the entire Set Visions team. He brought a great sense of humour and camaraderie to the business and was famous for his awful morning meeting jokes. Always the consummate professional (on occasion…) Graham cared deeply about his staff and the company.
We wish him the very best in his retirement.
CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS
The studio will be closing for the Christmas break on Thursday 22nd December and will reopen for business on the 3rd of January.
We wish everyone a restful Christmas break and look forward to more adventures with you in 2023. A huge thank you to all our fantastic staff and to all our brilliant clients, who give us the reason to do what we love doing every day of the year!

We have exciting news from the studio, something we are proud to announce: Set Visions is now part of the Ride Shotgun group.
Ride Shotgun is a brand activation, creative and production agency. Bringing our CGI team in-house complements their current offering of strategy and innovative production services. The group has placed our CGI studio at the forefront of large-volume content production, interactive and AR production services.
Set Visions co-founder and Managing Director Chris Heeley will continue with Ride Shotgun as Digital Production Director and says joining Ride Shotgun will allow us to continue to push boundaries and challenge creative production methods.
Chris said: "The fast pace and blurring lines of multi-channel marketing requires a collective approach, and Ride Shotgun's in-house strategy keeps us fluid and reactive to developing technologies.
Set Visions ways of working remain the same, and all the knowledge of your business and brand are carried with our team into this exciting new phase for us all."
Based in Leeds, Sheffield and London, Ride Shotgun have an excellent reputation, supporting brands across categories such as home and leisure, beauty, FMCG, and finance.
Catering for photography and video, their production facilities span across 30,000 sq ft in Leeds, plus their sunny site in Portugal. Location is a breeze for the team, regularly shooting and filming in the UK and Europe.
